      What is the difference between the Model-I and the Model-I Plus?

      The Model-I Plus is the advanced version of the series, offering higher efficacy (up to 2.9 µmol/J) and light output (2088 µmol/s) compared to the standard Model-I (2.8 µmol/J and 2016 µmol/s). Furthermore, the Plus model features four fully controllable spectrum channels (UV, White, Deep Red, and Far Red), whereas the standard model provides a full spectrum with UV and an individual Far Red channel.

      What are the benefits of the innovative V-shape design?

      The V-shape design on the LED panel is engineered to improve light distribution and reduce energy loss. This efficiency allows the fixture to be positioned closer to the plant canopy without compromising coverage.

      What kind of cultivation environments are these fixtures suited for?

      Both models feature a compact design with a built-in driver, making them ideal for greenhouses and single-tier indoor cultivation.

      How does the spectrum control work on the Model-I Plus?

      With the Model-I Plus, you can dial in the exact light recipe your plants need by independently controlling UV, White, Deep Red, and Far Red channels. This advanced tuning is available when connected to a TrolMaster HCS-2 or HCS-3 controller.

      Are these fixtures compatible with TrolMaster controllers?

      Yes, both the Model-I and Model-I Plus are compatible with the Hydro-X, Tent-X and Green-X Controllers. When connected to an HCS-2 or HCS-3, you gain access to advanced features like advanced spectrum tuning and customized light recipes.

      How many fixtures can I control at once?

      Using a single LMA-T lighting adapter, you can connect and control up to 256 light fixtures per channel on your Hydro-X controller.

      How are the fixtures connected for control?

      The first fixture connects to the LMA-T adapter via an ECS-9 data cable, and additional fixtures are then daisy-chained together using ECS-7 cables.

      Are these lights water resistant?

      Both models carry an IP66 rating, meaning they are protected against high-pressure water jets and are suitable for the humid environments of professional grow rooms.

      Do you offer a warranty?

      ThinkGrow provides a 5-year standard limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

      Is there a solution for easier mounting on unistruts?

      Yes, the ThinkGrow UH-2 Unistrut Hanger (sold separately) is specifically designed for these models, featuring a quick-release design for fast and easy installation and maintenance.

      What voltage options are available?

      The standard versions are autosensing 100-277V. There are also high-voltage versions available that operate at 347-480V.

      What is the amperage draw at different voltages?

      For the standard 100-277V models, the draw is 6.23A at 120V, 3.09A at 240V, and 2.71A at 277V. For the 347-480V models, the draw is 2.09A at 347V and 1.55A at 480V.
